Breakfast:
Cornflakes and banana
Snack:
Grapes
Lunch:
Egg salad sanwhich with peppers lettuce tomatoe onion chives and carrots and wholemeal bread
Snack:
Home made popcorn manufactured with olive oil with no salt or butter extra
Supper:
Rice stir fry with a lot of veg and things
Drinks through day:
Cocoa (with a tea spoon of sugar extra)
one.five litres of h2o
Green tea with lemon juice extra
Smoothie that contains pineapple, grapes, blueberries, an apple and purely natural probiotic yohgart
Is there any way i can increase on this diet regime. I am hoping to minimise the sum of extra fat I take in and I am hoping to increase
